Frequently asked.

How quickly can an engagement begin?

For diagnostic work we can typically mobilise within ten working days of an agreed scope. Larger programmes are sequenced against your governance and availability.

Do you work on a fixed-fee or time basis?

We default to fixed-fee, deliverable-based commercials so you know the cost up front. Retainers are billed monthly. We will always confirm terms in writing before starting.

Who actually does the work?

Senior practitioners. Every engagement is led by a principal consultant who remains involved throughout — we do not pass delivery to junior teams.

Will you sign confidentiality agreements?

Yes. Independence and discretion are central to our practice and we are happy to execute mutual NDAs ahead of any commercially sensitive discussion.

Do you work outside the United Kingdom?

Our office is in the UK and the majority of our work is domestic, but we support cross-border mandates for existing clients where it adds value.
