Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the basis on which fees paid for Braxelon Advisory consulting services may be refunded. It applies alongside the written engagement agreement governing each project.

Professional Services

Our services are professional advisory engagements scoped to defined deliverables. Because work begins promptly and is delivered by senior practitioners, refund eligibility relates to work not yet performed at the point of cancellation.

Diagnostic Engagements

For fixed-fee diagnostic engagements, you may cancel before work commences for a full refund. If you cancel after work has begun, we will refund any portion of the fee that relates to deliverables not yet started, less reasonable costs already incurred.

Advisory Retainers

Monthly retainers may be cancelled with written notice as set out in your engagement agreement. Fees for the current month are non-refundable once the service period has begun, but you will not be charged for subsequent months following valid notice.

Transformation Programmes

Larger programmes are governed by milestone-based terms in the engagement agreement. Refunds, where applicable, are assessed against milestones completed and costs committed at the point of cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us in writing at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and to process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
